Nice but not worth the money if they don’t last/poor customer service

I bought a pair of the flareside super sports (looks like they are called starcross now) last summer around forth of July and loved the glasses. Frames are durable and seem to be of good quality. However the lenses are cheap, flimsy and the coating faded/wore off within the summer. I’ve seen reviews on here about great customer service but not sure I’m seeing that as in I’ve attempted to make contact with kdeam 3+ times now given these glasses are suppose to have a lifetime warranty with “hassle free replacement” and I have received zero response. Rather frustrating for $75 glasses. I have $15 glasses that lasted longer.
